Now That’s a Spicy Meatball

Well today I wanted to experiment with making a video. It is my first attempt at making a video so please forgive me if it seems a little rough or amateurish.

I will be demonstrating how to make a meatball made from pork and mortadella. They will be served with pasta casarecce. Casarecce, in Italian means hand-made or homemade. I will be serving the pasta in a simple in tomato sauce.

I made this video using my telephone. So it may not be the best quality since I do not have an actual cameraman to move the camera around or zoom into close up shots to better demonstrate what I am doing. Please enjoy the short film.
